All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

You can track your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs processing may occasionally cause additional delivery delays.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

This will allow us to review the case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
